These terms and conditions govern the booking and provision of safari tours and services by Africa Encounters, operated by Exclusive Wild Encounters. By making a booking with us, you agree to these terms.
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit as specified in your booking confirmation. Full payment is required 60 days prior to departure.
Cancellation charges apply based on the notice period given. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover.
