Mana Pools National Park in northern Zimbabwe is one of Africa's finest and most atmospheric safari destinations — a UNESCO World Heritage Site on the banks of the Zambezi River, renowned for exceptional walking safaris, canoeing, and intimate wildlife encounters.

The name 'Mana' means 'four' in the Shona language, referring to the four main pools left by the Zambezi's floodwaters — Long Pool, Chine Pool, Chisambuk Pool, and the aptly named Main Pool. These seasonal pans attract extraordinary concentrations of wildlife during the dry season.
