Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park

The Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park straddles the border of South Africa and Botswana, encompassing 38,000 square kilometres of semi-arid red dune wilderness in the southern Kalahari. It is one of Africa's largest and most pristine protected areas.

Kgalagadi is renowned for its large, magnificent lions with black manes, predator-rich environment, extraordinary raptor sightings, and the stark, photogenic beauty of red dunes and blue skies.
